Refunds

Products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customized or personalized products cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
